Chris is a self driven, highly energetic, and experienced lifter. He specializes in everything fitness. From a bodybuilding and powerlifting background, he is also proficient in corrective exercise, strength & conditioning, mobility/ flexibility, and calisthenics. While he loves the lifting side of fitness he is also a master of nutrition. What you do outside the gym is arguably more important than what you do inside of it. The area where most people struggle the most is staying disciplined in their eating habits and lifestyle. Chris helps to fill those gaps and keep you motivated through every step of the way!
Just like most people, Chris wasn't confident in his own skin. He started his fitness journey in high school with the goal to gain weight and start eating right. He was ashamed with how skinny he was and how weak he felt when compared to his athletic peers. Is was then he decided to make that change and he absolutely fell in love with the process. He starting teaching himself how to lift with proper form, what to eat to accomplish his goals, and eventually got confident enough to start "training" his close friends. That is what piqued his interest in becoming a personal trainer. Fast forward a few years, he was tired of working his boring retail job, and finally started on the path to get certified to start training in-person!
